Pursuant to a Billboard Relocation Agreement with Alameda County, the project proposes the erection of two support poles at two different locations ( described above) and the placement of two electronic billboards onto each support pole, for a total of four sign faces, with the height of the top of the signs eighty (80) feet above ground level. The signs at the Arbor Ave address will be oriented toward north and south bound traffic on Interstate 880. The signs at the Langton Way right of way will be oriented toward east and west bound traffic on Interstate 238. The parcel number for the Arbor Avenue location is 429-0077-033-04.
