The project involves the implementation of the Mt. San Antonio College 2018 Educational and Facilities Master Plan (EFMP) and associated 2017
Parking and Circulation Master Plan (PCMP) over a 10-year horizon period (Phases 1A, 1 B, and 2). This would involves construction of new major
buildings/facilities, removal/demolition of aged or temporary facilities, major renovations, minor new construction and renovation projects, and
campus-wide site and infrastructure projects. Additionally, the EIR analyzes the construction and operation of the follow projects implementing the
EFMP at a project-specific level: the Student Center and Central Campus Infrastructure, the Bool:store, Parking Structure Rand Tennis Courts,
Parking Structure Sand West Temple Avenue Pedestrian Bridge, and Sand Volleyball Courts.
