Document Description
The General Plan amendments would modify several existing policies and add two new policies addressing cannabis. The proposed Cannabis Land Use Ordinance would add Article 14 (Cannabis Land Use Ordinance) to Chapter 2 (Zoning Regulations) of Title 8 of the Yolo County Code. It would regulate all cannabis uses within the unincorporated area of the County.
