The proposed annexations includes: the abutting East Hammer Lane, and abutting Maranatha Drive from its intersection with East Hammer Lane to the eastern boundary of APN 130-030-12; the 3.3-acre balance of APN 130-030-12 which is also proposed to be prezoned or commercial development by the City of Stockton
