Document Description
The Project would demolish the existing office buildings and establish a new mixed-use neighborhood that provides a transit-oriented "live, work, socialize, and recreate" environment. The Project would include up to 1.8 million gross square feet (gsf) of residential uses (1,800 units), 3 million gsf of office buildings, 100,000 gsf of retail, and 10,000 gsf of childcare facilities. In total, the Project would include up to 4,915,800 gsf of uses. Parking would be provided in subsurface and structured parking facilities. Up to 24.4 acres of publicly-accessible and 13.1 acres of private parks/open spaces would be provided. The Project would also provide new pedestrian/vehicular entrances and roadway networks (including the relocation of Democracy Way), upgraded/expanded infrastructure, and a new electrical substation.
