Document Description
The project would entail the construction of a congregate care facility with 38 assisted-living studio units. The building would be one to two stories, ranging in height from approximately 20 feet to a maximum height of 33 feet 2 inches. 16 parking spaces would be provided for use by visitors and staff. The project would also include a new 6-foot-wide sidewalk along Wilder Road at the northern half of the site. Project construction is expected to occur over approximately 12 to 18 months, beginning in the second half of 2019.
