Document Description
On April 12, 2022, the City of Inglewood certified the Final EIR for the Inglewood Transit Connector Project (Approved Project). The City elected to refine the Project design in a manner that would result in substantial reduction in the construction schedule for the Project. These changes include moving the location of the Maintenance and Storage Facility (MSF) to the same site as the Market Street/Florence Avenue Station, which would allow the Vons store and other businesses at 500 E. Manchester to remain in their current location. In addition, the guideway along Market Street is proposed to be modified by lowering the height of the Guideway and shifting it to the east. An Addendum was prepared to document and assess the proposed modifications to the Approved Project. The Addendum confirms that no supplemental or subsequent EIR or negative declaration is required for the Project refinements.
