Document Description
The Jess Ranch Compost Facility is a new facility that would receive and process organic materials, primarily greenwaste, food waste, and biosolids, in a covered windrow system. The Alameda County Waste Management Authority (WMA) has amended the Alameda County Integrated Waste Management Plan (CoIWMP) to incorporate this project and has determined that the project is consistent with the COIWMP, as amended.
