Document Description
The proposed project consists of two components: constructing and operating a composting facility that would primarily receive green materials, food materials, and biosolids, as well as other biodegradable products, sediment, clean construction debris, and non-hazardous liquid wastes, and constructing a new access road connecting Jess Ranch Road to the composting facility. The composting facility itself is in an entirely upland area; however, the proposed access road will cross a seasonal wetland swale.
