NOD for Zoning Map change moving one site from Block 1a to Block 1 and various Municipal Code amendments to align with the Downtown Specific Plan (DSP) amendments which included changes to the land use mix and the intensity of development within the DSP Area to allow additional residential and office uses and decreasing the allowable hotel uses, as well as updates to the design guidelines and supplemental standards. This project was evaluated in the Sunnyvale Downtown Specific Plan EIR.
