PROJECT NUMBER: 8774-110 The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board is funding the Project referred to internally as West Modesto Sewer Infrastructure Project - Area 9 (Colorado/Rouse). The Project includes the installation of 13,483 linear feet of eight-inch sanitary sewer pipe, 289 sewer laterals, 55 manholes, and pavement reconstruction. In addition, the Project will abandon/disconnect 342 parcels from private on-site septic systems and subsequently connect to the public sanitary sewer system in the Rouse/Colorado neighborhood in the City of Modesto.
