Stanislaus County, in cooperating with the Dept of Housing and Urban Development and SWRCB, proposes to install sanitary sewer mains and laterals in 3 separates unincorporated neighborhoods within West Modesto in Stanislaus County, CA. It is estimated that the project will include the installation of up to 80,000 lf of gravity mains and approx 1,004 new house laterals in the Spencer/Marshall. Beverly/Waverly, and Rouse/Colorado neighborhoods.
