Document Description
The Project includes construction of approximately 9.5 miles of non-potable water (NPW) pipeline segments and connections to provide irrigation water to seven local golf courses, one resort, one planned future development, and replacement of an existing pump station for a total online pumping capacity of approximately 24,000 gallons per minute, split equally between the NPW low pressure system and the NPW high pressure system. The Project conveyance will deliver a blend of tertiary-treated NPW from the Applicant’s existing Water Reclamation Plant No. 10 facility and Colorado River water from the Mid-Valley Pipeline to the above-mentioned users, eventually adding more users and eliminating the need for on-site percolation-evaporation. Since the Applicant’s approval, the Project pipeline design has been reduced to construct 7.1 miles (37,545 linear feet) of NPW pipeline.
