Document Description
The proposed Southeastern Live Well Center project would consist of the demolition of the Tubman-Chavez Community Center and the construction of an approx 80,000 sf facility, including an approx 4,000 sf community room, located at the intersection of Market St and Euclid Ave within the Encanto Community Planning Area within the jurisdiction of the city of San Diego. The project would also include a surface parking lot and a parking structure.
