Document Description
The project would construct a pedestrian overhead structure across the UPRR at South Maple Ave. Two build alternatives are under consideration: The Build Alternatives consist of two potential approach (takeoff/landing ramp) designs for the north side of the overhead structure proposed for consideration-the East Side Landing Alternative would have a takeoff/landing ramp on the east side of S. Maple Ave and the West Side Landing Alternative would have a takeoff/landing ramp on the west side of S. Maple Ave. The southern approach, located in the southeast quadrant of the intersection of S. Maple Ave and the UPRR at-grade crossing, would remain the same under both Alternatives. Pedestrian would access the south side ramp via a spiraled ramp constructed on the northwest corner of the existing HS parking lot.
