- Project proposes the demolition of the existing warehouse building and surface parking, and the construction of an up to 197,355 sq. ft mixed-use building containing up to 185 live/work units and approx. 15,320 sq. ft. of open space and recreational amenities for residents, up to 23,380 sq. ft. of commercial uses, and associated parking facilities providing approx. 270 parking spaces and approx. 228 bicycle parking spaces. The proposed building would be up to 110 feet (8 levels) tall and would include a three-level subterranean parking structure.
