The Project consists of sewer pipeline upgrades to address capacity and condition deficiencies through a combination of repair and replacement projects throughout the City’s collection system. The Project will implement capacity improvements, as well as repair and replace aging infrastructure that is close to the end of its useful life. The capacity improvements will be accomplished through upsizing existing lines, either through excavation and replacement with larger diameter lines or utilizing pipe bursting methods.
