Document Description
The project consists of a new 2,860 square-foot medical office building at an existing surface parking lot to expand operations for the Family Health Centers. The subject site is located on the east side of Taft Avenue between Main Street and Lexington Avenue, and is immediately behind Family Health Center, addressed as 525 East Main Street. The proposed project requires approval of a General Plan Amendment to change the land use designation from High Density Residential to General Commercial, a Zone Reclassification to change the zoning designation from Parking to General Commercial, and a Site Development Permit (SOP) to allow for the new medical office building.
