Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0168-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, IPT Richmond DC Ill LLC. The project is associated with the construction and operation of a 482,055 square foot warehouse distribution facility located at 500 Pittsburg Avenue. The project will: (1) construct a concrete flood wall at the southwest corner of the property; (2) construct a tie back levee; (3) recontour and place earthen fill on the existing levee; and ( 4) reconfigure the existing levee access road.
