Document Description
A 12-inch diameter irrigation well will be constructed to a depth of approx. 500 ft. in an area measuring approx. 150 by 200 ft., and fitted with a turbine pump with a peak pumping rate of approx. 1,000 gpm. The well will be pumped intermittently (usually March through October) to meet a water demand of approx. 300 acre feet per year. Wellhead equipment may be enclosed in a small shelter/fenced compound. Power service will be extended from an existing PG&E power line approx. 200 feet to the south, including installation of several wooden power poles. Unimproved dirt access will extend from East Sonora Rd., and be approx. 200 feet long and 10 feet wide.
