Document Description
Widen State Route 118 from Los Angeles Avenue to 0.4 mile west of Tapo Canyon Road, and widen State Route 23 from Los Angeles Avenue to 0.8 mile north of Tierra Rejada Road in Ventura County. The project proposes to add one to two additional lanes by paving the median and widening 12 structures within the project limits. In addition, the project proposes to install a median barrier, construct soundwalls, and install wildlife fencing.
