Document Description
Subsequent to certification of the Project's Environmental Impact Report (EIR) and approval of the Project, changes to the Project were proposed. These changes include revised mitigation measures that have been necessitated by changes to the environmental setting (the Citizens Warehouse/Lysle Storage Company building, also known as the Pickle Works building, was demolished due to a fire that was unrelated to the Project) and the elimination of two Project components-a column to support the high-speed rail project and a ventilation shaft building. An Addendum has been prepared that describes these changes and the environmental consequences of the changes. As described in the Addendum, none of the conditions described in Section 15162 of the CEQA Guidelines have occurred that would require preparation of a subsequent ElR or negative declaration.
