The District will make the following improvements:
• Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) - Construction of a 50 ft secondary clarifier, conversion of the existing clarifier into aerobic sludge digester, complete with digester pumps, blowers, and aeration equipment, Installation of a sludge press and an approximately 572 ft2 building, and other minor improvements to the WWTP (figure 2A of the MND).
