Document Description
Located on 9 acres at the northeast intersection of Peet Road and Mission Avenida. The school will serve 600 students in grades K-6, with classrooms. A removal action workplan will need to be performed before the start of construction. Remedial activities will include excavation of approx 19,593 cy of pesticide-impacted soil from the former agriculture field area, and transportation of the excavated material to an appropriate off-site facility for disposal. Additionally, the project will include an administration building, multi-use building, library, a grass field, three separate playgrounds and two separate parking lots. The parking lot located on the southern boundary will have a pickup/drop-off area for busses. The classrooms will be oriented on the south side of the campus, with parking lots located on the south and west sides.
