The 13.6S-acre project site is within the Mission Valley Community Plan, has a land use designation of Regional Commercial and Office and Visitor Commercial and is zoned CR-2-1. Addendum No. 657591 to PEIR No. 518009/SCH 2017071066 has been prepared for this project.
