Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0093-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Pacific Summit-Foothill LLC or as represented by Kimberly Yu.
The project includes construction of a residential development consisting of 175 attached condominium units. Surface water from five tributaries that transverse the project site will be intercepted near the northern boundary and redirected into underground storm drains that will discharge into the existing City of Rancho Cucamonga master plan storm drain facility south of the project. Proposed construction activities will permanently impact 0.52 acre of Fish and Game Code section 1602 resources.
