Document Description
TAGs assist with assessing potential traffic operation's analysis of proposed projects. It establishes protocols for studies/reports in transportation planning/engineering and include guidance for General Plan consistency analysis (using roadway and intersection performance) and analysis under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) using vehicle miles traveled (VMT). This Project proposes to amend the City's TAG to update the analysis process flowchart in Figure l and update the Roadway Sizing Diagram in Figure 4.
