The proposed project would consist of the transportation of untreated wastewater from the Occidental County Sanitation District to the Airport-Larkfield-Wikiup Sanitation Zone wastewater treatment facility for treatment, storage, and disposal to avoid future discharges into Dutch Bill Creek and potential violations of the OCSD's operating permit. The proposed project would include minor modifications to existing facilities at the OCSD WWTF and Lift Station, and at the ALWSZ WWTF, to install truck filling and receiving stations at the sanitation facilities.
