Document Description
Minor Subdivision of a 4.07-acre parcel into two parcels; one 1.81-acre parcel and one 2.26-acre parcel. The proposed 2.26-acre parcel is developed with a single family residence and served by onsite sewage disposal ( existing septic tank/leach field system). The proposed 1.81-acre parcel would require a future onsite sewage disposal system and is currently developed with an outbuilding. Testing indicates suitable soils for a conventional onsite wastewater treatment system. The water supply is from Big Rock Community Services District.
