Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) is a responsible agency for this project. The State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) Safe Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Program is providing funds for the project. The Callayomi County Water District proposes to install a new well (referred to as the Big Canyon well) to supplement the Applicant's existing Diamond-D well as an additional source of water for the area. The Project includes a new well and concrete building pad; a paved access road and 20-foot access easement; a pump house around the well with an emergency generator hookup and disinfection system; an approximately 10,000 square foot parking area; and the installation of approximately 2,600 feet of an 8-inch water main, part of which would be hung off the existing bridge over Putah Creek.
