Document Description
The project is limited to the construction of a new access road and 12-inch storm drainpipe off Black Rice Road, and a basketball court with a retaining wall within the riparian habitat zone. Approximately four valley oak trees with a diameter at breast height (dbh) ranging from four to eight inches may be removed along the unnamed seasonal drainage on Black Rice Road. Approximately 2,817 square feet will be graded to construct a concrete basketball court and retaining wall. The new access road will be approximately 360 feet long and impact 867 square feet of riparian habitat.
