Document Description
UC Davis proposes the VMC All Species Imaging Center (ASIC) project as part of the implementation of the Veterinary Medical Center (VMC) Vision Plan to develop approximately 9,720 gross square feet of additional space to the south side of the Veterinary Teaching Hospital (VMTH) and provide 8,210 gross square feet of renovated space within the existing hospital. This project provides space for new and existing advanced diagnostic imaging equipment. To support and construct the ASIC, several utilities will be relocated including a new transformer, domestic water connection, fire hydrant and new chilled water connections. In addition, the project will renovate existing 3,000 SF in B Barn to provide interim facilities to replace functions that will not be accessible during the construction of the ASIC.
