Preparation and approval of the RAW by DTSC is pursuant to Ch. 6.8 of the CA Health and Safety Code. Activities to be conducted pursuant to the approved RAW include: 1) excavation and off-site disposal of approx. 1,700 cubic yards of contaminated soil; 2) stockpiling soil on-site; and 3) transportation of the excavated contaminated soil to an off-site permitted landfill.
