Document Description
The proposed project involves the demolition of existing structures (1 duplex, 7 single family residences, tennis courts, and a pool), the removal of existing 82 trees and vegetation, and the construction of 27 for sale, two story townhomes up to 25 ft in height with two car garages. The project site would be subdivided into 8 building lots and 4 common lots with a total buildable area of 62,466 sf and residential density of 14.3 units per acre. The project includes common open space, a park and stormwater bioretention treatment areas, and 10,666 sf of private open space. The project would involve the planting of approx 80 trees on site. Vehicles would access the site via a driveway from Jamison Way. Contaminated soil from prior agricultural activities will be exported and clean fill would be drought to the site.
