The project involves the demolition of the existing residential and agricultural/dairy structures on the approximately 72-acre project site and the construction and operation of a business center with up to 25 buildings and a total building area of up to 1,219,015 square feet (s.f.). Individual buildings would range in size from 5,000 s.f. to 200,000 s.f. The project includes site improvements (on-site parking and loading areas, landscaping, walls and fences), connections to existing infrastructure and utility systems, construction of an off-site storm drain pipe segment, construction of the Mayhew Avenue segment located between Kimball Avenue and Bickmore Avenue, frontage improvements to Kimball Avenue and Bickmore Avenue, and off-site improvements to Kimball Avenue and Bickmore Avenue.
