The proposed project includes the development of approximately 1,077 new beds in 295 units to expand undergraduate housing. The Project, which will be built and operated as a public-private partnership (P3), will be a continuation of the 1,441-bed Phase IV-A (now known as Plaza Verde and completed in 2019). The anticipated population for this Project will be continuing undergraduates and transfer students.
