Document Description
The applicant requests a coastal planned development permit to construct a new 3-level, 15,900 sf, single family dwelling with appurtenant structures and improvements on a portion of a 56.83-acre site located at 11312 Yerba Buena Rd, Malibu in the unincorporated area of Ventura County. The PD permit request includes the following within the construction footprint: demolition of an existing SFD, detached garage, and OWTS, construction of a new SFD and new site improvements, pre-existing permitted improvements to remain, pre-existing unpermitted improvements to be authorized with this request, and the Fire Dept fuel management zone.
