Document Description
The proposed project would include city of Brentwood approvals for a general plan amendment, planned development amendment, vesting tentative map, and design review for the development of 160 single family detached cluster homes on the 20-acre site. The project would include two on-site parks and associated infrastructure. In addition, approximately 1.75 acres of the Empire Avenue right-of-way would undergo widening as part of the proposed project.
