The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0157-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Ngoc Nguyen, Santa Clara Valley Water District. The Upper Guadalupe River Reach 6 Aquatic Improvement Project – Phase 1 (Project) includes gravel augmentation at two sites within the reach to address significant reduction of gravel supply. The project will also include removal of vegetation for temporary access paths and ramps.
