UC Davis proposes to demolish the Solano Park student housing development, including site preparation and hazardous materials remediation; demolition and removal of existing structures; relocation of water pipelines; electrical conduit to maintain streetlights and security lighting; and final site stabilization and management. A Subsequent Environmental Impact Report (EIR tiered from the 2018 Long Range Development Plan (LRDP) Program EIR (2018 LRDP EIR) (State Clearinghouse No. 2017012008) for the UC Davis Solano Park Demolition Project has been prepared. The EIR evaluates the potential environmental impacts for the demolition project.
