- The project consists of approx. 1.27 million gross sq. ft., comprising nine four-story apartment buildings to serve up to 3,800 students, including community space and support facilities on an approx. 47-acre site. The project will provide a mix of studio- to four-bedroom units and will help address unmet demand for on-campus apartment-style housing for both transfer student and continuing undergraduate student housing in support of the UC Davis 2018 Long Range Development Plan housing goals.
