Document Description
The USDA Agricultural Research Service proposes the construction and operation of the Sustainable Agricultural Water Systems Research Unit Phase II. The project will be located within the existing USDA ground lease with the University located west of Hopkins Road and Bee Biology Road intersection. The project will install a pre-manufactured single-story approx. 4,000 square foot modular building and a small 5-parking space lot accessed via an existing gravel road. The project includes lab space, refrigeration, storage, and an outdoor walkway connecting to Phase I. The Project will be built, operated and maintained by the USDA ARS under the terms of a ground lease with the University.
