Document Description
The Project consists of demolition of six structures on the west campus. All structures are currently vacant and not in use. There are no immediate plans for redevelopment of each site. The demolition program will be completed in phases, this action approves phase 1, which demolishes 5 buildings and 1 trailer: Hopkin's Cold Storage; Poultry House R; Poultry House Q; Animal Husbandry Feed Lab; Head House 2&3; Trailer J-11. The project clears the site of utilities including sewer, gas, electric, domestic water, telecommunications, and fire alarm lines. After demolition, the site will be finished to grade to ensure proper slope drainage and mulch will be left in place.
