Document Description
Approval of ground lease business terms associated with the Orchard Park Graduate Student Housing and Family Housing Project. The project consists of an approximately 1,549-bed/613-unit student housing project to serve graduate students and student families. Parking for the project will be provided by new surface lots primarily located on site, with a small portion at West Village Student Housing accessed via the Hwy 113 pedestrian/bicycle bridge, as well as permitted street parking.
