Document Description
The Applicant proposes to construct a residential development that will comprise 163 two-story townhomes and associated residential amenities, such as recreational areas, a dog park, and a pool. Road improvements will extend the existing dead-end terminus of Jefferson Avenue toward the north to the slightly realigned Palomar Street. The Project also includes two adjacent off-site areas totaling 1.19 acres, which are located to the north and northwest of the Project site.
