The purpose of project (P16-00323-ECPA) is to develop a new vineyard, including earth moving activities, and installation and maintenance of erosion control measures within a 278.4-acre property. The project applicant has prepared an Erosion Control Plan (ECP) as required by Napa County code (Chapter 18.108, "Conservation Regulations"). The project as mitigated and conditioned has been reduced to 70 net acres of vineyard (86.2 gross acres of overall land disturbance).
