The city is proposing to replace this low-flow crossing with an all-weather crossing (bridge), effectively raising the roadway out of the floodplain. The total area of potential disturbance is approximately 4.39 acres. The limits of work include temporary siting and disturbance areas. Construction is estimated to begin in March 2017 and last approximately 18 months.
