Document Description
The project would subdivide a 17.17-acre parcel (APN 162-020-004) at 1295 Jensen Lane within the Town of Windsor into 31 single family lots. Lots would range in size from 12,200 to 40,931 square feet. Water and sewer for the project would be provided by the Town of Windsor and all utilities would be underground. All structures on the project site would be removed and existing wells would either be removed or retained for irrigation.
