Document Description
The Southeast Plant Headworks Replacement Project (proposed project) consists of (1) modifications to the Bruce Flynn Pump Station to be an all-weather pump station; (2) demolition of the existing headworks facility; and (3) construction of a new 250-mgd head works with an odor control facility; and (4) demolition of the building at 398 Quint Street. This Addendum addresses a modification of the project to add a proposed lift station and associated pipelines.
