The State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) is the responsible agency. The County of Madera proposes to conduct a feasibility study to draft design and specs of the MD-1 infrastruicture improvements. The improvements will be to replace aged/leaky distribution pipes, evaluate the fireflow requirements of the water mains, replacement of the raw water line, and adding hydrants to the Water System.
